Then all of sudden its coming in with a dark filter. not sure why and what happened. I tried ever setting and its not brightening up. Sux!

This camera is plug and play so there is not any proprietary software or drivers to install before you can start using the camera. It is great for working at home when you do not have IT support to allow installations on your computer. Thanks for sharing your review.
