Good for zoom, but not for livestreaming.

Windows 10 does not recognize this device

All other webcams were sold out so I figured I'd give it a shot. Got it, plugged it in, and guess what? Windows 10 does not recognize this device at all. OBS can't find it. I can't locate it in my devices and j5 doesn't even have drivers available to install on their product website. Very disappointed. Will be returning.

It sounds like you may have been seeing the effects of the cameras lowlight enhancement feature. While the camera does not have any native controls the video application that you're using with it may have some settings to adjust the colors. The problem lies within the camera it’s self. It lets to much light in and distorts the image of your face and makes you look like a angle because it can’t handle the monitor brightness on my face. There is no software to adjust the viewing angle or the amount of light it lets it. For me to properly use this I have to be back about two feet and have the perfect lighting. My laptop webcam looks better then this which is annoying to say the least.
