    This webcam works when it wants to. I use this camera for virtual interviews and it works correctly sometimes and other times I don't know what to do.

    This camera stunk right out the box. No tension between the camera and the base so the camera just moved around freely especially whewith the cable coming out of the back. It just pointed up and moved around like a bobblehead.

    This item worked for exactly one day and then would no longer connect to my computer. Support was excellent and helped me troubleshoot. Ultimately Best Buy took it back and I got a different brand webcam that has worked perfectly since.

    No ZOOM IN/OUT!

    The camera itself was just OK. The default setting was way to bright but the real kicker for me was this camera does not have a digital zoom in/out feature. Its 2021, this should be standard on any 1080P webcam. I returned it.

      Albertt, I am sorry to hear about the zooming in and out issue you experienced. The JVCU100 does not have a feature for zoom, if the app you are using with the JVCU100 supports zoom, you may be able to adjust there. We offer a companion app for configuring color, brightness and more. The JVCU435 does allow for zooming in and out with a remote included in the packaging.     Hi I bought this for my son. It does not work properly. We have to unplug and plug it in repetitively to keep it on Zoom. Junk! Tried to return day 16. 2 week Return policy. Screwed! Will not buy from BestBuy anytime soon!

    Unable to have this feature work on a Dell laptop using Windows 10. Worked with their tech support, only virtual chat due to Covid, not very helpful. Could not get it to recognize the camera, returned to store.

    Could never get this to work. Tried updates, on other computers and still couldn’t get to work properly. Had my son try on his and still didn’t work. Throw away quickly. Grrrrrr.

      Cbsto, I'm sorry to hear the JVCU100 did not work to your expectations. It is possible the JVCU100 was either not setup properly, or it was a defective one. In such situations, we recommend calling in to speak with a rep and they will be glad to assist you in properly setting it up, if that is the issue, or if necessary offer an exchange under the manufacturer's 2 year warranty.

    Absolute rubbish, bought several months ago for zoom. Never was able to use until recently and I regret waiting to test product, the camera can not focus to save it's life.

    I bought this webcam to use to do online tests for college. Day of the test arrives, and the webcam didn’t work. I had to retake the test using a different webcam.

    Surprisingly bad quality for a "full HD" webcam, not worth your time. Just get a cheaper solution with similar quality.

    Bad camera - money better spent elsewhere.

    Really bad webcam. Quality is poor and even in HD it gives off a fishbowl perspective. Ended up having to buy a Logitech.

    The worst device to purchase! Do not get this item. The quality is horrendously poor. You are better off with out this camera.

      Majcman, we completely understand the frustration this would cause. If you are experiencing issues with the color, brightness, contrast, hue; these settings are adjustable with the companion app which is available on the j5create site free of charge.     It's been almost 3 weeks waiting for my webcam and I have not recieved it. I bought a TV and got it the same week. I'm disappointed

    Bad. It wouldn’t autofocus the only good thing is that it gives you a very large viewing angle.
