Had to keep re-pairing it at less than 15 feet. Returned it for a second set. It maintains connection, but the audio keeps dropping out intermittently. The audio lag is too long and is very annoying. Not returning it as it's not worth the time and trouble. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Posted .Please try re-pairing the Wireless Display HDMI Extender by connecting both units to a power adapter and stack them on top of each other. This is because they use NFC (Near-Field Communication) to pair. Once both units are on, press and hold the pair button on the back of the device (you may need a needle to push the button that is inside the hole) until both units’ lights are blinking. They will both flash red or orange, and finally green when they have been paired. Make sure there are no solid object between the two units and no Interference from other electrical/electronic devices or cables. ** Feel free to contact j5create Technical Support if you require further assistance. Fiddled with it for about an hour or more with no result. Don’t buy really doesn’t work unless you plan on using it 10 feet away from the main hub.

This will cause the video to skip and the sound to drop out. This can be slowed down by putting it on top of a computer fan. But it merely improves the issue and does not fix it. For the price it is impressive that they made a product that cannot function normally understandard use.

However... The picture quality is quite terrible and the delay is enough to affect gameplay on any video game. If you are using it for simple low res video then I would recommend this otherwise stay away.

Good solution for TV in screened porch

So far works quite well. The outside receiver is about 20 feet from the indoor transmitter and the signal passes through a brick wall. It takes only a few minutes to set up and running a cable between inside and outside was not practical. During the winter we could move the outside TV another interior location and be hooked up in minutes.
