It does not work. It locked out my other computer

The other computer I was going to move the information from onto the new computer, is now locked out and requires a password. Essentially, I can't get back into my old computer.

Slick device for PC to PC transfer of files

Dead after upgrading software

Then they pushed an upgrade. Since then, its dead dead. I contacted customer support and they are of no help. The product is defective, upgrade is defective too.
