I really like the locate feature if it's mis-placed which happens quite a bit. It's just too bad that the device has to be turned on in order for it work. As for comfort, it's so comfortable that I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. It is secure if worn correctly, and takes quite a bit of shaking your head to make it fall off.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Generally when people have connectivity issues it is related to the placement of the device to the headset. We have found it's best if the phone or device is on your right arm. Our antennas on our headsets are on the right side. Therefore, if the device is on your left side of the body or in your back pocket it will need to transmit the signal thru your body. Let us know if you continue to have issues.
