Voice quality is very good.

I was afraid the voice quality may not be good, but it is very good and I have not had any problems at all with it. If I don't have my iphone with me, I would guess the range is about 40 feet.

Average headset

Exactly what I needed

She doesn't need any frills and she doesn't need something large and gaudy. The Jabra Classic fits in both of her ears without the need of the wire "hanger". Everyone's ears are different, but it is nice this fits her so well. I'm considering buying another just to have a backup since it is such a great deal.
