I bought a different brand for my husband (plantronix) and it is 10 x better than this Jabra. It just goes to show you that you cannot always go by the name.

Then after that it started to connect when it wants and now I cant even listen to music as it will play for about 5 sec then go in and out. I marking at a bad investment and will go back using my 10 yr old Bluetooth instead. Good waste of my money

With all the hand free law I figure I better buy one before I get a ticket. After visiting a Best Buy I decided to buy the mini. I didn't expect much as I paid $24.99 and 5 buck for the warranty. I bought 2 one for me and one for my GF she seem to break things so (LOL) I bought the warranty. I'm very please with it. I had issue trying to read the manual in the box and first thought it was junk. I went to Jabra website and downloaded the user manual. After reading the manual and testing it out by calling a friend he told me it sounded a lot better then when I used the speaker. He told me he has heard better one and I agree but wasn't going to pay a $100.00 buck for something I didn't know if I would like. So if you;re needing one I would say go ahead and buy. You will be please. But if you;re looking for something to make a statement and can afford $100.00 spend the money but don;t knock this because it look cheap.

Followed all instructions, connected it, and the answer/end button would never work to answer a call. I had to answer the call on my phone and then I could speak through the headset. What a waste!
