Doesn't connect to the phone everytime you turn it on.

Sounds muffled. Did not like at all. Hurts ear lobe.

I brought this item back. It kept dropping my calls every twenty minutes.

I owned my Jabra until this week when it was stolen out of my car by the windshield repair man. So, I'm buying another one. The shaped earpiece makes the receiver very comfortable to wear. The ear clip can be removed and turned around so the earpiece can be worn in either ear. It comes with an extra clip and an extra earpiece cover. I love that the receiver "talks" to you...let's you know when it is connected, tells you when the battery is low, etc. Easy to turn on/off and to connect is an easy tap. The sound is crisp and clear. People on the other end of a phone call say they can hear me great. External noise does not interfere with the sound. It holds a charge for a good long time and uses a standard micro/usb plug to charge. I highly recommend this headset!

For the price is a very good device. Easy to pair, good sound quality, however the volume could be a little better, sometimes hard to hear in the car.

light, comfortable, clear sound and easy to use controls. Paired easy with Lumia 822 phone on win10. No complaints so far. Good price.

So I bought this item in-store, and it just wasn't very good. The item was essentially a dud. The sound quality was poor and muffled, and when I switched from bluetooth to headset speakers it was clear and crisp. I also tested other BT headsets and they were fine, so this was definitely an anomaly. I emailed Jabra support and they were fantastic with their support! They sent out the replacement product quickly and they were very easy to work with (I had the original receipt and such so it was just fine). Lemons do happen (although I wish their QC picked up on it), but since they replaced it promptly with a good product, I don't mind giving them a 5 star rating.

This is a decent bluetooth headset. It works in all situations and the battery life is actually very, very good. Pairing with my iphone 5 or my laptop is instant. The indicators on the headset are useful to tell if it's connected or if the battery is getting down there. The on/off switch is one of the best features, it saves a lot of battery. Past headsets have only gone into standby, wasting battery and causing frustration when it was dead. My main issues with this headset are the fit and the sound quality. The frame of my glasses is quite small, yet this headset can't sit right up against my ear. The additional soft ear piece with the loop on it is quite uncomfortable after 20 or so minutes. The sound quality in my ear is very low (this is not a result of the fit issue). No one has said anything bad about the quality of my voice on their end but I have certainly noticed the low-quality sound in my ear. It sounds much like the headset is turned up too high causing distortion, but this is not the case. It happens at all volume levels - even the lowest. Overall, a good headset for the price. If you need to save a few bucks but need a bluetooth headset, this will work out just fine.

Great product small comfortable great price ....voice calls r clear music is nice n loud ...i drive a tractor trailer for work ,....ppl on other end no complaints from background noise , easy to set up ... better then most bluetooths out there esp for the price.....works well with my Evo4g lte

I've had this bluetooth headset for over 2 months now and I can say that I absolutely hate it. The microphone is CONSTANTLY disconnecting, especially when driving, which is extremely frustrating. I then have to power off the headset and then power it back on, which makes it even more annoying. People I'm talking to that don't know how horrible this headset is are always saying "I can't hear you". People that I talk to on a regular basis just tell me "you're disconnected again" or "and you're gone again". I've spoken to Jabra customer service and they've told me that because this headset is in a "constant search for available bluetooth devices" it receives a lot of interference. This "interference" causes the headset to disconnect either completely, or in my case partially (no microphone) anytime another bluetooth device is within range. Basically, even though you could be in the middle of a call with the Jabra Classic paired to YOUR PHONE, if somebody else has a bluetooth enabled phone or device within range it'll become visible on that device; that is the nature of bluetooth connections. However, I've never had a bluetooth headset wholly or partially disconnect just because another phone or device is in range. It's a shame, actually, because this bluetooth, when it does work and remain connected to MY phone has excellent sound quality, picks up very little background noise, and is extremely simple to use. My advice is to spend more money and get something better, unless you don't plan on using this headset anywhere near a densely populated area where, god forbid, other people are using cell phones.

This is a great bluetooth ear piece for how much it costs. It works great, sound quality is good during calls and while streaming music, great battery life, and very easy to use and pair with cell phones. Very good range too, you don't need to take your phone with you if you're walking across the room or to another room directly next to you. Bought it as my primary hands free device while driving and working and have it paired to my LG G2 White. Works great with the G2, tried it with my PS3 and it works great with that too. Im impressed by the quality specially for something less than $50. I'd recommend this to everyone.

Best Bluetooth I bought hands down. It clear and it last over 13hrs.
