After reading about this headset and knowing that it only gets 3 hours of talk time (and 7 more with the included charging case), I made the educated decision to buy it, and it was well worth it. It's extremely comfortable and I found that I was able to get much more than 3 hours of talk time out of it by simply placing it in the charging case periodically in between calls or during my lunch break. It's so easy put it in the case and take it out (it stays in via magnets), that you might as well just put it in there when it's not in your ear, even if it's not running low on battery. The reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because I found that the audio quality was not the greatest despite it claiming to have a "Premium headset speaker coupled with HD voice for high definition sound quality". It was definitely good enough to hear people and understand them, but I guess I was expecting a little more based on the description.

Would not recommend this! Does not work for 10 hours or even 3 hours. Always telling you to recharge battery, don't even use it for a hour. If you touch it while you are on phone it will hang up on you. Would return it if I could find receipt.

This earpiece performs excellent. I've tried five or six air pieces over the past several years and this product performs the best out of them all

Had to return. Too large for small ears. Probably ok for a man.

I have had several blue tooth ear pieces over the years. This one has the best clarity, the longest talk time and is the quickest to charge.

Is not good, returning it, & buying another, cant hear too good

It didn't need a lot of attention I plugged it in and charges it and it was ready to go! It has a three continuous hour use battery life which is really neat!

This sounds very good and clear. The only thing I didn’t like was that it continued to fall out of my ear even after trying the different sized gels. Maybe I have weird ears

Really liked to the look and size however lots of static when charge was low and different size ear pieces never fit like they should. Plus if you have facial hair the mic rubs against your face when talking creates scratching sound.

I purchased for telephone conversations and for that purpose it is fantastic. The charging/storage case is well made and functions great.

Doesn't hold power long at all. Poor connection reception even when it's right next to phone. I returned it and bought Plantronics for half the price.

Everything works as expected. The only negative comment is concerning the price, a little steep in my humble opinion.

I had a plantronics that went out after less than a year Bought this to replace it only has a three hour window before it has to be charged again.

Love it! Works great with my iPhone 6! Also love that the base is a battery barter for portable charging.

The charging station is somewhat confusing and a pain when away from home. Otherwise a great headset

I really like it. The only drawback is that it only right ear.

This was not the best item as it did not block wind from my calls and so people couldn't hear me. I have had other blue tooth devices and this one didn't impress.
