Person cannot hear me very clearly and they complain that I am very far away.

Can't hear anything. I needed something loud and this wasn't it.

This would not stay in my ear, so I returned it immediately

this is a terrible piece of Bluetooth equipment !!

One of my favorite features is the lightweight design. I actually have forgotten I was wearing it a couple times. I like the quality of sound from the immersive music-grade speaker. The Jabra Eclipse charges in my pocket with a portable carrying case which gives me an extra 7 hours of talk time. The coolest feature though by far is that the Eclipse keeps me connected to my email, texts, phone calls and music without ever having to touch my phone. The Eclipse connects with Google Now or Siri (depending on your phone) so I can just leave my phone in my pocket.

I have multiple Bluetooth headsets and this is the best one I own. Light and comfortable, it doesn't feel like it will pop out at any moment which is my main complaint even with over-the-ear models. I'm notoriously bad at charging my technology, so the base which is also a charging giving the set an additional seven hours of charge (for a total of 10 hours) is all I need as I use the set primarily in my car. I'd definitely recommend if a comfortable fit is high on your list of Bluetooth headset necessities.

Noise canceling in hat ear is amazing. Almost problematic at times. I think what surprised me the most was how well it fit and how secure it felt. Every other headset tended to flop around and become loose. The Eclipse stayed in place. The portable charger is one of my favorite features of this device, though. Once fully charged, I can toss it in my backpack and use it to easily charge the ear piece throughout my work day. All in all, I really like the Jabra Eclipse, and would highly recommend it!

I love this wireless headset! When listening to music or doing phone calls, it's very clear to hear. It's nice to not have to pick up your phone too. I like that it comes with a few of the EarGels. A lot of the times headsets don't fit me because my ears are smaller. It's nice to be able to have this set that works well for me. I would highly recommend this product. I love it! Since I have a large phone, a headset makes things much easier and the Eclipse has been great. I love that it will read my texts to me and the charging on the go is nice. It feels great in my ear and the sounds quality is pristine. Not having a button to push took a little bit of getting used to, but I got the hang of it. Using the Eclipse with my Jabra Assist app also makes for added features that I can't get with other headsets. Overall, I think it's a great all-in-one headset!

I went out with my husband one day and was floored at how many calls he received for work while he was driving. That being said, he got an early Christmas present. He set up his earpiece by himself, he usually waits for one of our sons to do it for him. But hey, he did it right, and he said it was easy. He's been using his earpiece for a week and says the sound is super. He's had no problem hearing anyone and he hasn't had anyone say they can't hear him. I've called him several times myself during the day and found the sound to be good. He does NOT sound distant and the sound is not "tinny". One time I asked if his window was down while he was driving as that was bothersome to me. It was and when he put it up, the sound was much better.

I have been using Bluetooth headsets since their inception. I have had numerous versions over the last 20+ years. It works well in both ears, I prefer the left. It's very lightweight and it stays in place. I purchased a second charging station for my truck. I have no problem with it staying in the charger (both of them). The 3 hour limit could be a problem, but the portable charger always keeps it topped off. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

This is a comfortable very functional device. Sound is average to above. It is relatively easy to use. The battery life does tend to dwindle when not in use.

People tend to be over critical of these devices. It successfully forwards my calls to my ear, it is a comfortable fit, and I receive no complaints on how I sound when compared to using the phone the way I use to. I have a large phone so holding that up to my ear versus using this is world's better and it is the first Bluetooth that didn't hurt after extended use and I did not require a hook. That's a big deal for me because I wear glasses. Great job from those from Jabra they made me a believer

This is a gift for my son for Christmas. I set it up just to check it out. Super easy! I found the Eargels that fit me best and have been using it now for a few days. It might be hard for me to give up. lol Overall, I have had no issues and like the app too. The sound quality is good and I have not lost connection once. Great product.

The charge time on this headset is 3 hours...and that is a very liberal estimation. This is well below other high-end Jabra headsets I have had in the past. And the charge time on this puppy is SLOW... It is very sleek and comfortable, but if you intend to use it more than three hours a day, buy something else...you will be very unhappy. There was some sort of bull about the total charge time with the portable charging base being 10 hours. This is an out right bait and switch. Total charge time is the time you can use it before you have to take it off and recharge it...which the device itself will tell you in your ear is 3 hours.....I am buying a different headset and I recommend you do the same.

Hoping the replacement that is on the way works better than the last one. When connected calls sounded great. It dropped connections randomly and finally the volume completely gave out. Fortunately it was still under warranty and a new one is on the way. Fingers crossed!

After charging the unit over night it only holds 4 hours of talk time. Also, when you think it's working to accept calls its not. Only good thing I can say about this unit is it has a comfortable fit.

I had this charged and gave it a excited try ,..wow I was so upset I make 4 calls to Jabra ...not believing ANY blue tooth of this $ could work so poorly . I am taking t back ASAP...the other caller can't hear plus BE AWARE it will NOT work well on a iPhone 6+ ,in fact it doesn't even claim too in the instructions only u wont know this until you read them .. 3 hours max talk time .until U charge again ..(DONT BE FOOLED)

Very easy to setup and use, lightweight and very easy to use however it has so much interference it is awful and battery life has a real issue
