    Not what I expected

I have always been a huge Jabra product fan. In my opinion I think they had a huge deficiency with this product. The device gives you about 2.5 hrs of use even if you don't use it. Usage time starts from the second you place the device in your ear. Once device is nearly drained. It takes about 2 hours to recharge. For a product that is so expensive. Most customers will expect better performance.

Poor call quality on other end of call

So...I didn't mind the advertised short-battery-life. I needed superior call quality, so I chose the Eclipse, based on the advertised audio quality. After using the Eclipse with both of my phones (iPhone 6-AT&T & LG G4-T-Mobile) I repeatedly hear the same complaints from people on the other end of the line - My voice comes through incredibly "faint", and there is horrendous "wind noise" when I speak. I've tried everything I can possibly think of to solve the issues, but nothing changes the complaints from the people I speak with, using the Eclipse. For what it's worth, the audio quality on my end of the call is nothing to rave about. If it wasn't for the aforementioned problems, I could probably live with that. I've submitted a trouble-ticket to Jabra, but chances are I'll be asking for a refund in the coming days.

    Poor Voice Quality

Worked greast the 1st day but then with time, people on the other end would all of a sudden say that they couldnt hear me. This is due to the auto volume control of the ear piece. The Jabra App is next to impossible to connect to the ear piece to change the settings.

I love the small size. Most are too big and children's too small. Batteries work well. Only says R hrs but get around 5 using off line audio books. Phone can be answed when using several different audio aps and return to play. I don't play much music and don't expect high-end stero, but everything is clear. The pod holds a charge so when you dock it, the pod recharges without plugging it in. I recharge over lunch and if pod is charged the two hours I am gone is sufficient to recharge for use another 3-5 hours. Recharging at lunch let's me play audio "all day."

I lost my Bluetooth headset and was looking to replace them. After doing a little homework on other companies, I decided to give Jabra - Eclipse Bluetooth headset a try. So far I'm pleased with the product. I would've given it 5 stars, except I don't like the fact the the headset can only be worn on the right ear.

While the compact size and pod are nice features it has terrible range. I carry my phone in my rear pockets (left and right). With the phone in either pocket neither me nor the person I was talking to could hear each other. Holding the phone in front of me, with a clear line to the headset, it worked well. Still it did not do well with eliminating the background noise at all.
