Wonderful I would recommend this product to everyone

Doesn't work well with car, phone etc. I paid $150 for this Bluetooth and would think it would work great.

This product holds a charge pretty well. It is also simple to operate and recharges relatively quick. On the negative side, everyone tells me that I sound like I am speaking with my head in a 5 gallon bucket while on speaker phone. Also, while this device is lightweight and pretty small, I prefer a smaller and more stylish earpiece, such as the Motorola Hint.

Getting it to charge for two hours is time consuming & difficult.

Holds a charge for 3hours, then u have to put back into the charging pod. It was purchased for my husband who is a contractor. He has to constantly charge, not a good purchase. Box says will hold charge for 11hrs, but I guess that doesn't apply if u have to be on the phone consistently.

Not what I expected for a $129 headset. The only thing I loved was the size. The headset is very sensitive. It goes from speaker to headset on it's own. Annoying especially since my job requires me to talk to clients all day. I took it back to best buy and got a different headset.

Eclipse does not have an off button therefore you cannot shut the device off. Only way to turn off the Eclipse is to place the device into the charging base. The results is the Eclipse needs to be re-charged twice daily.

I like this product, I just wish it had more talk time hours

Very happy with my purchase ear piece is clear, fits comfortably in ear. The extra is the charging base which also carries 3+ hours and small enough to put in my pants pocket.

I've owned Bose bluetooth in the past but this one tops anything I've used before. Clarity and noise cancelling at its best.

The charge time is misleading when it says 10 hours. The buttonless device is very touchy. I would rather have an on/off button and a device that has a true 6-7 hour battery. I would not recommend.

Recently purchased the equal product from another line. This one by far blows it away. Easy to charge. Long battery life. Comfortable. Small. Just what I had hoped for.

This is the worst Bluetooth I have ever used and I have used many. I would return this for a different one, but I believe I may be past my return date. This Bluetooth does not hold the charge it claims. In addition, every time a call comes through I am supposed to tell it to answer the call or decline it and when I've followed its prompts and told it to answer the call it does NOT do it. I end up having to pull my phone out and answer the call with my phone and then quickly click the button to have the call transferred to the Bluetooth. Not worth all the hassle to answer a call or make a call and of course the fact it doesn't stay charged is a real waste.

Very good earpiece. Fits comfortably and does not fall out. Has clear reception. Long battery life between charges. Only drawback - kind of pricey.

Love that it's comfortable in both ears. Did not want one that goes around the ear as I wear glasses. It hides well as I have long hair

I have been very pleased with the clarity and ease of operation for my Jabra Eclipse. Simple to use and easy to communicate with.

Works as expected. Only negative is it doesnt connect most times unless I "get rid" of the device and then add it again. Not a big deal and overall I'm pleased.

This works OK, but I hear a lot of digitized garble unless I hold my phone in my hand or it sits right next to me on my desk. Defeats the purpose of hands free.

I used my Bluetooth every single day, and this in particular is the best great sound and work Fast and functional

the headset was easy to set up, and has worked fine every time I've used it. it is very comfortable in the ear
