Stick with what works!

I've had many different brands, JBL, Sony, Bose (still have a set of these... pretty nice too!). Jabra just has the features and quality I'm looking for.

( There is little to no noticeable difference, aside from the fact, that the old gen ones i had tried all had an audio glitch in one bud when listening to instrumental audio

Great sound unreliable connection

Often, both earbuds will not connect meaning you have to keep putting them in and out of the case. And they will randomly disconnect. I've never had this problem with other earbuds on my phone. I will be returning these Jabra earbuds.

Good sound but ANC issues

However, 2 months in and the right earbud constantly has wind like noise when ANC or hear throug is turned on. Im going to have to return. These are a slight step up from my 75t's. Better ANC when it works, but worst passive noise canceling.

To resolve your challenge, we suggest resetting your Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 by following these instructions: https://bit.ly/4dmzvxk. So that you know, following these instructions will reset your Jabra device back to its factory default settings. As such, any customized settings will need to be reset.
Please also try reloading the firmware on your Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2, even if your firmware is up to date. In the Jabra Sound+ app, go to the Headset tab and tap on the Settings icon. From there, select Personalize your headset > Voice guidance language. Select the current language of the earbuds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation.
Lastly, please test your Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 on a cell phone or tablet running a different operating system (iOS or Android) than your current device. If the challenge continues, please contact our Support directly: https://bit.ly/4eeZY0U

Great Sound, Fit, Battery Life. No Auto-Connect!

That is until I upgraded to iOS 18 (which I also love). However, the buds will no longer auto-connect. This is a big deal. When I contacted Jabra Support it m ay be fixed in the next firmware release sometime in 2025! I checked if I could return them for a working model and they agreed. Then I realized I bought them from Best Buy who only allows 10 or 15 days for returns. You see how much I paid for these. The situation is untenable. At the moment, I may never purchase another Jabra product, and most certainly am not of the mind to shop at Best Buy again.
