Great fit and sound; incredibly great mic while using with my cellphone, I use these Jabra’s while riding my motorcycle and people I talk to do not notice I’m in my motorcycle so these Jabra have awesome wind canceling; my only critique is that I can’t get a shortcut to change from “off” , “noise canceling” ,

Only grievance is the item is overpriced. Excellent sound quality, I've able to listen in the shower and audio quality stays consistent. No water damage, no clogged ears, actually usable in the shower. Great battery life, great QOL controls on the earpieces themselves. Really can't complain other than the price.

The active noise cancelling is amazing, and the fit is just right. They have several options depending on your ear size. Works well on the plane to block out crying children and chatter, and its so comfortable I forget it's on often. The quick charge on the case is amazing so that you can alternate ear buds until they are fully charged, and the case itself holds several charges. I didn't have to charge the case for months at some points. If there is an AUX port, you can also plug the case into that, which is a great feature. Thoroughly enjoy the Jabra.

Good sound, nice features, Ive just got an issue with the apund cutting out sometimes. Phone shows its connected and something should be playing but I cant hear anything. If I put them back in the case and pull the right back out again everything is fine. Going to trouble shoot for a few days and if it keeps doing it I will have to return them. Fingers crossed its just a setting somewhere.

Jabra Elite Gen 2 replaced very well-worn Jabra Elite 65t earbuds whose battery no longer kept a charge. The Gen 2 earbuds have significantly better overall sound, good noise cancellation and with the different gels, I was able to get a perfect fit and is comfortable. Configuring with the Sound+ app to my iPhone and iPad was very easy and paring was effortless. Answering phone calls works perfectly every time. The only issue for me is the spatial sound head tracking feature which will take some getting used to so now I have it turned off, but it is interesting. These are great earbuds sorry to learn that Jabra has decided to stop making consumer earbuds with this model.

I thought I'd try these to replace some old AirPod Pros in December 2024. Around late Feb-March 2025, the right earphone wasn't charging past 70-80%. I re-seated it multiple times, but figured out the only way to get it to charge all the way was to remove the left earphone from the charging case. I've also tried re-pairing the bluetooth Starting in late March, the right earphone won't charge at all. I've tried cleaning the case and the earphone with a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol..it didn't help. I've seen other people posting online about the same problem, which is probably still a small number compared to those that own these headphones. Aside from the charging issues, they fit well in my ears and sound great. Close enough with the AirPod Pros that I couldn't say which is better. It also paired pretty easily with other electronics, including my AppleTV. The overall runtime of using the earphones wasn't as long as the AirPods, but that wasn't really a big issue for me.

Great concept, they don’t stay in your ears as predicted. Pros - - Great sound for the size, I would say they lean more into the highs and mids. But the bass can get there if you want it too. It might not sound as good though at higher volumes. - Great battery life for longer usages. Cons - - features that others talk about as the LE case are not available yet. Kinda odd to advertise to people and it’s not able to be used. Relying on companies after purchase is a big no for me. - Popping in the ear still happens even with the semi open design. I believe this in personal preference but if you have problems with popping. This set might not make that much of a difference. - the cases magnets are not as strong when putting the earbuds back in. They will more than likely need an extra push in to make sure they charge. Not something I’m looking for in a 280 dollar set of earphones.

Overall, I would say that these are very good earbuds. I have never owned a pair of earbuds and my point of reference is my wife's Apple Airpods pro. I would say that these sound and fit better to me.

Ive had 3 recent sets of active noise cancelling earbuds along with countless ofher bose, sony, apple, jvc and other brands. My bose quiet comfort i use for flying and fhese jabra 10 gen 2 come very close an OTE design. They are very comfortable to wear for hours and do better noise cancellation and fuller sound than my other jabra sets. Definitely recommend these for all purpose sound and use.

They're fantastic and my husband loves them. They have better features than other headphones. When removing them, it pauses audio. It has a nice firm factor. They're small but work well. Excellent noise cancelling. I did a lot of research before buying them for him, and I'm happy they're meeting his needs so well.

Great proeuct except for one major flaw that caused me to return it. Great sound, very comfortable. There is a big problem reconnecting to my device after initially pairing. Every time after I would put the buds back in their case it wouldn’t automaticaly pair when opening the case and putting them back on. Not sure if it’s an iPhone compatability issue but I Googled the issue and there were many other people having the same reconnecting issue. It could be fixed with a software update, not sure if by now it has been addressed but I returned them.

Honestly a pretty good product but not worth the price. Sounds is great, battery is great but the connectivity between the 2 buds is somewhat hit or miss and can be frustrating

I LOVE JABRA EAR BUDS. I HAVE BOUGHT AND UPGRADED SEVERAL TIMES. THESE HAVE GREAT NOISE CANCELATION. THEY HAVE GREAT BASS AND SOUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I now realize that you have to form your own opinion b/c reviews for earbuds are all over the map (or the quality control on all brands is just horrible!). I’ve been using Jabra Elite Active 75t for years - until the left earbud went out. Good, solid earbuds. I recently bought a pair of Bose QC earbuds and was finally ecstatic. The noise cancelling was amazing, the for was like hugging your favorite stuffed animal, and my music was SO far above my old ear buds. Perfect! Except. On phone calls, Teams, Zoom meetings (which I do a LOT of), the other party(ies) said my microphone was horrendous. The sound (for them) went up and down, got indistinct, and dropped out. I tried every troubleshooting trick I could think of any finally, regretfully, sent them back. So, bought these, top of rhe line Jabras. I was excited because all of the stuff I read talked about the massive improvments these brought over the previous Jabras. In short, TO ME, they…dont. Sound quality is fine, albeit thin. I would out these in because i needed to listen through earbuds - the Bose I would do over using an external speaker. The noise cancellation is not as good as my previous Jabras. It’s barely noticeable. That is really aggravating. The case is cool, but I would pretty much only use that functionality on an airplane and the noise cancellation isn’t good enough for me to do that. But everyone says my microphone is SO much better than the Bose. They can hear me easily and clearly. And that, sigh, is most important to me at this time.

Awesome product. I was using the Elite 75t before which had some annoying features like if you don't have the right side, you cannot use left side alone. Also, the grip in the ear was not that great. This one has everything you would expect from an earbud. Also there are many settings you can configure from the app it's coming with. I'm also happy with battery life. One really cool feature is to be able to plug the case to basically anything with 3.5 jack and it's super helpful during my flights... Overall, I definitely recommend this product. Well done Jabra engineers.

Excellent and easy set up. Fit in the ears is a little tight and the additional ear pieces help but not great. Sound is quite good.

Good fit, noise cancellation is good, overall sound quality is good. Definitely sound better than my beats and I’d say they also edge out my AirPod pros as well.

These are the best earbuds for comfort, grip, and noise cancelling. Those are my top priority features personally, and this blew out all other options. I cant recommend these enough. If you want to save money and get the comfort with slightly worse noise cancelling, then get the elite 8.

Jabra has been my go to brand because of the great ear gels that fit and can be worn for hours. They offer good physical noise blocking to go with the very good ANC. The new smart case with Bluetooth is a great add. My use is almost exclusively on airline travel.
