So far, I will say these are a lot better in terms of audio quality and I also get no drop calls so far.

They don't stay on

It doesn't matter how much they say they measured thousands of ears but they will not stay on. The design really doesn't allow it to go far into the ear canal so it stays softly in the entrance and you can feel how it starts moving until they eventually fall. I have tried their 4 different plugs that come with it but they all have the same problem, the shape doesn'tallow it to sit close to the ear wall so they fit already hanging outside of the ear concha. Even when you aren't moving they will fall.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds. In the meantime, if you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike.
