There is no way to lose the earbuds and the controls are conveniently located on the sides of the collar. The vibration helps the ¨blind¨ navigation a lot. The sound quality is very decent, but not perfect. Not rich or subtle enough for classical music or jazz. These headphones would be great for outdoors activities or in the gym, Also, you wouldn´t wear these headphones with a formal outfit.

Even with the volume turned high, voices were low. Normal Background noises and movements were piercing at times!

The headband falls off a lot even when just walking around home or folding laundry - cannot imagine using these to work out. Also the wire from the band to buds is too long, if I only have one bud in the other gets caught on the ledge of my desk because it's so long. Sound and mic quality is good but I wish I had known I only had 14 days to return instead of 30, was misinformed by an employee so stick w them now. Would not recommend.

Finding the perfect fit for yourself will ensure a good seal in your ears and will provide the most volume for you. There are controls on the neckband for audio up/down (also to select music tracks) as well as the mutlifunction button and voice button that can activate your voice assistant. Please check out your user manual for a wide variety of uses of the controls on your device. We hope this helps.
