Sound quality is excellent as well as the mics. One thing I didn't like is that background noise came through quite easily on phone calls.

Greats sound but needs padding

Did the firmware update but no good. When they worked they did sound nice!

It stands above alot of Jabra earbuds just in the fact it has a mono mode. However it could stand to incorporate alot of the flagship features that other models have. Such as wireless charging and noise cancellation
