Unfortunately, they developed some audio quality issues in one earbud while out of best buy warranty but Jabra service sent me a pair of replacements. Overall like their fit and audio quality and Jabra customer service, hopefully my second pair works out.

Disappointed in that, but musically they are good. Has sound dampening ability when listening to music ONLY. NOT when on a phone call. Exceptional battery life

Constantly slowly slides out of ears. Great for gaming and working out. Great cheap pair for short term use as mine are already half broken almost a year later. However I am a heavy user and I often had to use them at louder levels then what it recommends for ear health.

Great fit, and full of features

For the price, there is amazing sound quality and features. I do not regret buying these at all. The ANC is great for the price, and I frequent public transit and airports, so ANC is a huge future for me. The hearthough feature is amazing too, allowing me to work in a warehouse setting whilst stilk having amazing sound and hearing my environment. These have never fallen out, running, working out, at work, etc. no problems with them getting loose. I love the adjustable EQ profiles, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
