Good at first but didn’t even last a month

However, less than 30 days of ownership and the right earbud has suddenly lost the ability to pair. I have tried factory resetting them and all the other tips the internet gave and nothing has worked. I haven’t done anything the break my earbud so the right one quitting after less then a month is ridiculous and definitely makes these not worth it. I may change this review after my support request gets a response but so far it seems like this product can just randomly stop working on any given day as I’m not the only one that has had this issue.

I went thru several makes and models before purchasing these. All of them had great sound when listening to content, but I primarily use headphones for phone calls. These headphones have great call quality, and that's why I purchased them. I can hear the people I'm talking to, and they can hear me, and best of all, I don't sound like I'm talking in a tin can. ***One word of caution. Do Not charge these with a fast charger. It will fry them. Slow charging is best.
