    Didn't last a year and no longer work. Will connect and phone shows them connected but NO SOUND. Other earbuds work fine.

    Want to love it, but...

    Bought it back in early March before my last (since they're now store credit card customer only) rewards certificate expired as a gift for my Father's birthday. Opened today, and the right earbud is DOA. Case gives indications of charging, left earbud works, right will not power on at all. It's now well past the return period, so unless I'm somehow able to swap the item for an identical, hopefully working pair, I'm out over $100, even with the now wasted reward certificate.

    Comparing this to the Jabra Elite Active 75t, these earbuds fall short. Although it is a good earbud, the sound, quality, and features are great, it's just that they don't beat the previously 75t model which is now normally cheaper than these buds. Going to stick with my 75t and return these ones. Didn't take long to test out to determine that they fall short.

    Left ear bud quit charging one day after my return date expired with Best Buy. I haven’t even owned these a month! I contacted the support service with Jabra and am still waiting for a response. Good sound out of the right ear, but I want a working set . Would not recommend!

    Work Great...while they last

    I'm on my 5th pair since September 2023. They work great for months, but then one or both of the buds will stop working all together. Customer Service with Jabra is great, but would rather not have to submit warranty claim after warranty claim over and over again.

    WHEN I BOUGHT THIS ITEM IT DID NOT SPECIFY THAT IT DID NOT WORK WITH PC'S ONLY TABLETS AND CELL PHONES

    Total garbage, broken right out of the box. Best Buy did not want to return or exchange because it was past the holiday return policy, but still less than 30 day.

    Sound is OK, but they will not stay paired to multiple devices so constantly pairing to phone and tablet. And the phone connection turns off when receiving calls so you then have to manually change to headphones after picking up.

So you know, the Jabra Elite 4 Active does not support multipoint connectivity. As such, users can only connect their Jabra Elite 4 Active to one paired Bluetooth device at a time. To switch connected devices, you must manually disconnect (not un-pair) the Jabra Elite 4 Active from your currently connected device and select the Elite 4 Active from the Bluetooth menu of your other paired device to connect.

    I can not get the left to fit my ear no matter the size of the rubber pieces; it falls out constantly
