Garbage product and a waste of money. Jabra knows about the left earpeice going dead and does nothing about it (mine died after 3 months of use). SAVE YOUR MONEY, buy something else, otherwise your left earbud will die out too.

they were difficult to connect to my iPhone 13pro and were not a great fit in my ear. not easy to operate

Great all-purpose earbuds. Waterproof, lightweight, they fit great, sound great, decent battery life…No complaints.

Excellent active noice cancelling earphones with quality on a par with major competitors

Decent product but Best Buys custom Service Greenbriar Chesapeake Va left me turned off. Had to return product and was a couple of days bast 15 day return due to recent business travel conflicts. As a long time customer w significant credit limit you would think mgr Michael would have been more accommodating..

The sound quality was okay, but as I was exercising they heat cutting in and out

Jabra earbuds are the best period everytime I purchase a pair I’m always blown away

These earbuds are a great value for the money offering good sound quality, a secure fit, and good battery life. First off, these earbuds are incredibly comfortable, easily as comfortable as a pair of AirPods but these also have a more secure fit so for workouts like running and at the gym, these work great. They also have decent water resistance being IP57 water resistant. I’ve used these for plenty of sweaty workouts. The case is a nice size, about the same size as an AirPods case and it charges via USB C. The case also provides an additional 3 charges. The earbuds themselves have a battery life of up to 7 hours so a total of about 28 hours. Sound quality is quite good for a pair of earbuds that “only” cost $120. They have a nice, balanced sound profile out of the box with more kick on the low end compared to others in this price range. Highs are super crisp, like the finger snaps at the beginning of Flo Rida’s My House - crystal clear. When the bass kicks in, they do a good job - maybe not what you’d get from Jabra’s higher-end Elite 7s (which I also have) but still quite good. What’s nice about these headphones too is that there is an accompanying smartphone app where you can adjust the sound profile to your liking with a customizable equalizer. The active noise cancellation is OK. It does a good job with white noise like an air conditioner, it’s pretty decent with noise like when you’re walking around outside, but found it to be not as exceptional in really noisy environments. The transparency mode, or what Jabra call HearThrough, works very well piping in sound from your environment. Overall, I think these are a *great* value at $120!

Jabra 75t headphones had more features and cost about the same

One side quit working the day after they were no longer returnable. Literally, out of nowhere for no reason, stopped working and won't connect or charge again. This is the 3rd pair of Jabras I've had and they're terrible.

These are the most comfortable and secure headphones I have tried. The fit is excellent and they don't fall out even if you're moving around and active. It feels soft in my ears and I don't get any discomfort with use. love it. the shape of the earbuds are kind of odd in that it can fit in your ears in any direction, but to get the best sound and comfort you really need to put it in correctly. I have found I need to look at the Jabra word and align it up so it reads correctly and then insert into my ear and twist it a bit to get a good fit. Its not something you can just blindly grab and put on or it will be upside down and sound terrible and fall out. The sound quality is very good and better then a higher priced pair I previously used. it has deep base and clear vocals, exceptional quality that I enjoy listening to music. For a mid priced set I am pleased. For me it seals well in my ears so the noise cancelling feature does work and blocks out the distracting background sounds, using to take a nap I can get better rest since outside noises don't bother me as much. one feature I really like is the physical button, you can feel a positive click so you know you're doing something. I have the touch buttons, you never know if you are actually pressing or can accidentally press with just a brush of it. Nice compact case charges easily and uses USB C.....yay!

The Jabra Elite 4 Active earbuds are a great alternative to more expensive buds. The offer true noise cancellation as well as solid bass. These earbuds sounded great whether you are listening to music or just podcasts. The sound is very clear and distinct. The bass level was very powerful for such small earbuds. I was most impressed with the solid fit in my ear without having to use the accessory ear gels. Battery life seems to be very solid as I did not need to re-charge the battery while testing. Jabra indicates that these earbuds will offer up to 7 hours of battery life in the buds themselves and a total of 28 hours with the case which I found amazing. Setup was quite simple. Just go to (1) Settings in Mac iOS, (2) Bluetooth, (3) Pair and you’re done. While these steps seem very simple, Jabra only offers a minimal of instructions with its “Get Started” page. Anyone who never set up an earbud set would find this overly simplistic. To compensate for this, Jabra offers users a 28-page User Manual than can be downloaded from Jabra’s site. Sure, you can buy more or less expensive earbuds, but the Jabra Elite 4 Active earbuds offer the best selection of features at a nominal cost.
