The left earbud died after two months and are no longer returnable. Total ripoff!!!

Bought a few hours ago and the left ear bud is broken. Will be retuning and get a different brand

I am loving these. I bought them because my google and samsung headset were starting to see the end of their commercial style use :). This time I wanted to focus on telephone call quality and these are delivering. I was on the phone with a client and construction was happening right above me. It was so loud it was distracting me from talking, and as I was apologizing to my client she said, really its not that bad... Jabra brand knows what they are doing for bluetooth phone calls. Also the battery life is amazing. They fit well and the sound quality for listen is great too. I do struggle from time to time to connect them with my iphone, but i have zero problems with my samsung phone or my laptop.

Bulky. Not impressed with sound quality and ear shape.

Keeps falling out of my ear therefore not satisfied.

Did not even last 2 weeks before the left ear bud quit working

Horrible they aren’t seamless like Samsung and apple buds. The battery is horrible too!

Better than apple airpods no question. battery life is absurdly long. i hardly feel like i ever have to charge them. takes some getting used to when using these while exercising since at first i was worried they would fall out... but after a little learning curve they fit perfectly.

Really happy with these little earbuds. Out of the box, they took about 45 minutes to fully charge. Pairing was fast & easy. The App is a must, especially if you want to customize your sound. Here are the highlights: - Sleek, minimalist charging case - Fast pairing with solid connectivity - Includes USB-C charging cable (unfortunately, no wall charger) - Very tight fit, but not uncomfortable. You do have to twist them, in-ear, to the perfect angle to experience full bass. So far, they stay snug whether walking or jogging. They’re also sweat-proof, so I don’t have to baby them. - 2 additional pairs of earpieces are included (large & small) if the original pair isn’t a good fit. - Audio quality is very good. The App has a customizable equalizer that makes all the difference. The Active Noise Cancelling is excellent. With most earbuds, I can still hear quite a bit of ambient noise. But with these, I can barely hear someone talking to me in a normal tone just a couple of feet away. The sound quality for phone calls is comparable to a sound studio. But the mic is just average and seems to pick up too much surrounding noise. So, I can’t be very active if I want to be courteous to the person on the other end.

As a regular Android user, wading through the sea of countless earbud options has been an experience. I have liked some and hated quite a few. After some time with these Jabra, I can say I really like them, and they are among the best I have used. Pairing was as simple as could be, and I have had zero connectivity issues to this point. The companion App is easy to use, looks good and gives you a nice amount of utility. There are some EQ tweaks so you can dial in your sound preferences, while also allowing you to adjust the noise cancellation modes. You can also keep track of battery levels. A nice add. Battery life has been very solid. As rated/advertised. Jabra also hit most if not all of the industry norms here. An efficient and useful quick charge, USB-C charging, and a case that provides nearly another full day of charge as backup. As it can be hit or miss, I have to say I really like the case. Plain, a nice size, the buds easily go in, and they stay there. All in all, no complaints here. Not always the…case. As for their build, given their recent releases, I hoped and kind of expected a rather high level of quality. They have it. Well-built. Solid, but with a nice light weight. They come with an appreciated high level of water and sweat protection and enough tips to find a secure and comfortable fit for most people (the standard three sizes). Obviously, fit is different for each person, but it is just about the most important thing for me with buds. If they are not comfortable, I simply will not wear them. Pretty much a deal-breaker for me. Further, without a proper fit, the sound will suffer. Why get headphones if they don’t deliver these two things? All of that said, these fit wonderfully for me. No problems. As for the look or style? Call me simple. Plain. Whatever. I love the style. They are clean, black, and matte. That is what I like, and that is all I want. I suppose I could have hit on this sooner, given they are headphones, but they sound great. I am all over the place with my music, but I liked how every genre sounded more or less out of the box. That said, I am ALWAYS a proponent of going in and spending some time with EQ or available sound settings to tailor things to your preferences. Everyone likes what they like. Beyond music, I am also heavy into podcasts, and again, here, zero issues. Lastly, while I admittedly don’t take many calls with any headphones, in a few tests everything sounded loud, crisp, and clear on my end and the person on the other end said I sounded the same. As a whole, simply, I am just very pleased with the sound. In the end, as you can probably tell, and as I said earlier, I really like these buds. I like how they look, they fit me very well, and they sound great. They just kind of do everything well. At a fair price. The value is there.

These Ear Buds sound great! The sound is crisp and clear with a very listenable upper range that doesn’t sound “tinny” or harsh and the base is really solid and never distorted. Overall, it’s a wonderful listening experience that can be further adjusted to your taste with the Jabra App. The App is in itself very well done. It utilizes an intuitive layout with preset Equalizations you can choose from as well as make any changes to those presets and save your changes if you like. There are controls for the Active Noise Cancellation, adjustable Hear Through, or just “off”. Battery levels for each bud are shown and there is the ability to “Find” your Ear Buds if they fall out. The app will mark the location on a map for you to go back and look. The case is a nice size and the buds come out and go in easily. Charging is done with a USB-C connection. While Wireless case charging is not possible, I was not expecting that feature at this price point. The case holds plenty of charge for multiple recharges of the ear buds. I found the fit of the installed ear cushions to be just fine. When installing these in your ears, you need to do a slight “twist” of the bud to get the cushions to go into your ear canal. When placed properly they should fit comfortably and securely. Also the exterior flat part of the ear bud will be almost flat with your ears. That is the place where the control button is located. I really like the positivity of the ear controls using a true button with tactile feedback when you hit it correctly. Unlike other manufactures with touch sensitive controls, these are positive in response to your push and they work! So many of the touch units don’t always perform the operation you were expecting because you didn’t touch it squarely or you held the touch too short or too long. Summary: These Buds are great sounding, comfortable, and light. They are easy to listen to both in sound quality and comfort. They have more than adequate battery life within the buds, and the case still offers at least an additional 3 full charges. The Bluetooth range is great and they stay connected to my device. The app allows control of your sound, the noise cancelling, and location of the buds. All in all these are a great set of buds for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

Used them on a long (15+ hr) flight for music and entertainment. Worked flawlessly throughout. Great sound and comfortable for the entire time. The noise cancelling really made the aircraft noise disappear.

Great headphones that actually stay in place when you run. I’ve had headphones 2-3x more in cost that sound the same and don’t stay in. These are great for runners. Awesome sound too. I do consider myself a home audiophile and had premium brand ear buds and these are a better, cheaper option.

The sound is great. The battery lasts almost a full week per charge.After a few years the right bud isn't as loud. Very easy to connect to my phone. Connected to a apple and pixel with no problems. Definitely one of my favorite buds.

Noise is the enemy when it comes to headphones. The Jabra Elite 4 follows in the footsteps of many manufactures in adding Active Noise Cancellation to their earbuds. It does an excellent job of “hearing” what’s going on outside your head and blocking it out. The result is pure music reaching your ears. While the earbuds are a little bass heavy, they still do a nice job across all the range. Jabra also has an app which not only helps you customize the button functionality, but also lets you apply an equalizer to get the sound you like. With a few tweaks, you’ll almost certainly find a mix that you’ll like. Calls sound great, both on sending and receiving ends. Callers said I came through loud and clear when sitting indoors. More clearly than on other earbuds I’ve used. This also showed in how well Alexa responded. Yes, these earbuds have Alexa built in when you press and hold a button. This can also be configured to use Google or Siri if that’s your preference. I connected to an Android phone, so can’t say if an iPhone might have different results. Jabra has always had a good reputation for headsets and small earphones. Their latest effort reflects the long legacy of the brand well and would be a very good choice for anyone looking for good sound with great features.
