Jabra ELITE 4 Good for everyday use

These Jabra Elite 4 True Wireless Earbuds have active noice cancellation (ANC). Sometimes I’m not sure about ANC because it does block out outside noises, like horns hocking and the like, but with these, because I have the option to wear 1 earbud without the other, that is the way I like to use them outdoors. When I am inside, both earbuds full ANC and just pure music! I am enjoying these earbuds but I do have to say they are not the most comfortable I have worn. I tried the different size ear gels (there are 3), but I couldn’t get the fit just right. They do stay in my ears which is good, and they’re not uncomfortable, I just always know they are there. The fantastic part for me, they have a sort of soft push button for changes such as track, volume, etc. That is normally a killer for me with other earbuds, shoving the bud further into my ear and causing discomfort but not with these! These are made to handle that aspect so well. I applaud Jabra on that. I have never seen that before. The sound is fine, I would say good, but not great. Certainly good enough for going out for a run or walk, etc. The battery lasts a long, long time with multiple charges from the charging case. They say they can hold a charge of 28 hours if you’re not using the ANC. And they do have a fast charge option too. Overall, I would definitely say these Jabra Elite 4 true wireless earbuds are a good buy. They are easy to setup, easy to use and they sound good! I would recommend these for everyday earbuds.

These Jabra Elite 4 earbuds are a solid choice if you're considering them as an option. The have a sound profile I like. You get about 5 hours per charge from the case, and holds about 22 hours total including the case once you fully charge them both. The active noise canceling works great in most situations. Also, depending on the situation you may not even need to use ANC because these buds already do an excellent job blocking noise passively. In that case, you can get more time out of your earbuds stretching the time to about 28 hours total. The Jabra app is a must to tailor the earbud to get the best experience out of them. The 4-microphone technology helps make phone calls crystal clear in just about any situation. There are only a few minor issues I have with the Elite 4's. First is that the charge percentage of the case does not show in the app, so you'll just have make sure it's full before you head out. Also the volume is not as loud as other earbuds I use. They do get plenty loud, but 50% volume on these are not the same as 50% on other earbuds I have tried. Overall the Elite 4's are very comfortable to wear, perform well, and are a solid choice. Likes: 1.) Comfortable 2.) Activision noise canceling 3.) Small and portable Dislikes: 1.) No charge percentage of case shown 2.) Not the loudest 3.) Tones instead of voices for prompts or notifications in earbuds.

I always have to say it, but being a regular Android user, it is always a challenge to settle on a pair of buds. There are so many options. Some good. Some bad. These Jabra definitely fit into the “good” ones. They sound good, (very importantly) fit me well, have a nice set of features, have a good app, are easy to use, and have very solid battery life. All in all, I pretty much like everything. Pairing was a very simple process. I really have not had any true connectivity issues to this point. I was pretty excited to mess with the multipoint stuff, and, largely, it has been nice. There has been a quirk here and there, but I don’t really take issue, because generally everything has been rock solid otherwise. I like the fact that companies are getting more aggressive with this kind of pairing. The App is easy to use, intuitive, and gives you a fair amount to play with as well as control. You can play with the EQ settings so you can dial the sound in to how you like it, while also letting you control the noise cancellation modes. Well-built. Solid, but with a nice light weight. Nice water and sweat protection. In short, I like the build. They come with the standard set of three tips so, in theory, most should find a fit that works for them. Clearly, fit is going to be a personal thing, and be different for each person. For me, when it comes buds, this is just about the most important thing. If they aren’t comfortable, I won’t wear them. If I won’t wear them, then what is the point? Further, without a proper fit, the sound will suffer. Again, what is the point? Luckily, in my case, they fit me very well. Further, they are comfortable. For me. As for the design/style? I really like the looks. Clean, black, and matte. Simple. Plain. Perfect for me. Since I just mentioned sound. They sound “good.” They are not the best, but absolutely solid, and I think most would be pleased. Lows, Mids, Highs, and Vocals are all good. Most genres I listened to sound good as is, but as I always suggest, take the time to go in and play with the EQ and sound settings. It is worth the time. Lastly, volume is “slightly” lacking. I would think most would be fine, just something to note. Beyond the general sound, I think they also did a nice job with the sound modes. While I haven’t “really” spent a lot of time in the past using ANC and/or the “passive” modes with other buds, I did find that they work as advertised here, and it may be something I turn to more. I think a great thing they have done is allow single bud use. This is something I have extensively used in the past while listening to podcasts while doing stuff around the house, being outside, kind of just everywhere. While the Hear Through mode may change things for me, I just really appreciate being able to simply use one bud. Battery life has been great. As rated/advertised…or even a bit better. Typically for Jabra, they hit all the keep points here. USB-C, an efficient and useful quick charge, long life, and a case that provides a ton of charge. Cases, well, can be a personal thing, and hit or miss. I like the look, very plain, see above. It is completely functional in every way. It is also a nice size and is easily pocketable. Nothing revolutionary here, but also, nothing bad. I like it. Ultimately, as I said above, these are a good set of buds and I like them. I like the look, they fit me well, have great battery life, and sound good. They have some nice additional features here and there, and, frankly, are just solid. They are a great value, and while some may be looking for more, I think many would be happy with these as their primary buds.

    Fantastic Wireless Headphones

The Jabra Elite 4 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are some of the best true wireless headphones I have ever used. The headphones come with a charging case, usb-c charging cable, and 3 total sets of ear tips. The tips are small, medium, and large, which is pretty standard and should cover a large range of ear sizes. Jabra claims 28 total hours of battery life, 5.5 in the buds themselves, and 22 additional hours in the charging case. As always, I'm sure these numbers are best case scenario at low volume with ANC turned off. But either way, these have great battery life. I was able to charge them once and use them all week without having to recharge. One notable omission I will mention is that these do not feature wireless charging. I would really love to have seen that included. The ear buds themselves are very comfortable. I was able to wear them for a couple of hours at a time and I never experienced any discomfort. Sound quality is great. I have somewhat large ear canals, so it took a little trial and error to get a good seal, but once that seal was achieved, sound quality was fantastic. Bass is good without being overpowering. If you are a basshound, look elsewhere. For everyone else, these have really great overall sound quality. You can even customize your sound profile, which allows you to really dial in exactly how you want your music to sound. It's a nice addition I really wish more headphones would include. Overall, I really like these headphones. They are comfortable, have great battery life, and sound amazing. You really can't go wrong with these.

Jabra Elite 4 Bluetooth Earbuds - good upgrade!

Jabra Elite 4 Bluetooth Earbuds This is an upgrade from a pair of Elite 3 earbuds. BATTERY LIFE >> The Elite 4 seems to have a longer battery life, going through a couple of movies and still holding a good charge. CASE RECHARGING >> Recharging is more reliable, with both L||R buds charging equally and fully. FIT AND COMFORT >> Fit is essentially the same as Elite 3 – with a low profile in the ear and stays in very nicely. BLUETOOTH PARING >> is quick, and the Jabra app has improved with more control over the amount of noise cancelling, button customization, and equalizer. SOUND QUALITY >> The pre-sets are just fine for me, with typical choices for music, podcast, video, and general use. If needed or desired, the equalizer can be adjusted for individual preferences. ANC >> works well at filtering out most background noises. Always nice to have good ANC without having to go to the top-line and premium price. OVERALL >> A good improvement over the Elite 3, with better performance, better battery life, more reliable recharging, and effective ANC at a competitive price. Greetings from Central Georgia!

I recently got the Jabra Elite 4 earbuds. They are Jabra’s latest entry in the earbud market. They have been making listening products for a long time. They are getting better as time goes on. These earbuds have a number of features that are nice. They have ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) that can easily be turned off and on with a press of the left earbud. They quickly pair and you can have them connected to 2 devices at the same time. You can listen to music on your computer and when a call comes in on your phone, it quickly switches over to your phone call. When you hang up, you can switch back to your music very easily. The earbuds have 4 microphones so you can be heard loud and clear. You can use either of the 2 earbuds one at a time if you like and have the other charging in the case. The batteries in the earbuds deliver up to 5.5 hours and a total of 22 hours with the case. They are available in dark gray, navy, lilac, and light beige. The earbuds have software that works with them. In my case I used the Android software called Jabra Sound+. Once paired with your device, the software allows you to customize your listening experience. You can use the software to turn noise cancelling off and on, and select from 6 different preset sound contours. You can also use it to keep the firmware up-to-date, control if you hear your own voice in the headset on a call, have the phone display your call settings on your screen during a phone call, personalize the noise cancelling, setup the voice assistant, and much more. The sound is good. I found that when ANC is on, there is little bit of a hum which is a bit distracting. Using the software, I was able to adjust the ANC and get rid of the hum, but it doesn’t do as good of a job at cancelling outside noise when making the adjustment. Overall, the Jabra Elite 4 Ear Buds are nice for the price. They don’t compare to some of the higher end products that cost much more, but if you want to save some money on earbuds, these are a solid choice.

Hooking up Jabra’s Elite 4 earbuds to my iPhone using Bluetooth was simple and only took a few seconds to create a solid connection. You simply remove the earbuds from the charging case, press and hold the physical buttons on both earbuds, then follow the pairing instructions for your mobile device. The earbuds turn on when removed from the charging case and turn off when returned to the case. The batteries are advertised to provide about 6 hours of operation while the charging case an additional 3 or 4 recharges without external power. Jabra has a companion app, Jabra Sound+, that allows considerable control of the earbud sound quality. The app provides customization of the active noise cancellation and a setting to allow you to hear ambient sounds through the earbuds along with six equalizer presets or to create your own sound curve. You can adjust the amount of ANC applied and balance the effect left to right. The earbuds provide good music and voice sound quality but there is a noticeable hiss when using the HearThrough setting to have a conversation without removing the earbuds. The sound is rich and clean during normal operation. The earbuds provide the secure fit needed to stop ambient sound from entering your ears and to hold the earbuds in place. Also, the app will check for and install updated earbud firmware. Whether you like physical buttons or touch control comes down to preference. Physical buttons, like those on the Elite 4 earbuds, prevent accidental operation but require a small amount of force to operate. All the standard music and phone operations along with switching from ANC to HearThrough are available by operating the buttons. In the box you get the earbuds, three sizes of replaceable ear gels, the charger/case, and a tiny, nine-inch USB A to USB C cable. One added plus, product registration gives you a two-year warranty. Jabra Elite 4 earbuds are feature rich, with good sound quality and significant noise cancellation for a reasonable price.
