    Quit working after three weeks of purchase

    3 weeks after purchasing this item they quit charging so either the cord doesn't work or the charger case is dysfunction. Of course, this is one week after the item is not longer returnable to Best Buy. So I'm out $60 bucks and the Jabra's can't be charged.

    Right one no sound

    Wife got these for me for Christmas. Used them for only one month and the right one will not make sound. Button works so its connecting just no sound. Will take back to store this weekend see if we can exchange.

    Brought these yesterday and i should of known after taking them out of the box and then not powering on that something was wrong. I charged them and they still didn’t power on.

    Not very well on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, people complaining that they can’t hear me, sometimes it works sometimes it won’t!
