Customers are saying

Customers love the Elite 45e Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, long battery life, and comfortable fit. Many reviewers rave about the crystal-clear audio and deep bass, while others appreciate the extended battery life that keeps them going all day. The headphones also conform snugly and securely, providing a comfortable listening experience for hours on end. Used them for 5 months, then pops, static.

I used these for a few months without issue. Now in months 5 and 6 they work initially, then pop and static, as well as spontaneously disconnect and reconnect to my device. Jabra.com directs me to the dealer/retailer for service. Best Buy CS person tells me their policy for customers not purchasing the Best Buy protection program is to redirect Jabra customers to Jabra. Next, the Jabra support page where you fill in your info to contact support and make a service claim is having technical issues. Run away!

Broken after 2 weeks, terrible customer support

At first I was happy with the purchase, they're pretty good headphones for the price. The neckband is a little unruly and can be uncomfortable, but I was able to run with them and wear them around without too much trouble. The PROBLEM: After 2 weeks I was unable to charge them. After a few hours, I took them off the charger and it still said battery low. I had even left it on for a full day and it was below medium. So I called tech support and was on indefinite hold, and I got really tired of waiting for someone to answer. So I sent an email. I received a confirmation and a ticket number, but after 5 days, nobody responded to my ticket. I sent a follow up request 2 days ago... it's now been a full week and the only response I have from Jabra Customer Support is a confirmation of my support request and a ticket number. I tried three times but could not get a hold of technical support. So I cannot recommend any Jabra product to anyone and will avoid them in the future. If you happen to buy one of these that works without incident, I think you'll like them. If yours breaks, good luck to you and hopefully you don't get stuck with $70 headphones that you cannot use.

Bought these because I wanted to finally get wireless headphones. They were half off so I was excited to get semi-nice headphones for pretty cheap. These are $15 headphones. Less bass than Apple headphones. After two months, they started pausing and playing and shutting off and turning back on and dying at 30% battery every 10 seconds - 10 minutes, not even exaggerating. Thank god I got the extended insurance.

    Low volume, failed multiple times!

I bought a set with the warranty (thank goodness!), out the box volume is too low for me. 2 months in, it would randomly turn off. Made a warranty claim and got the same set. Now 1 month in with the replacement, the left side creates feedback noise. Like a mic in front of a speaker. Just terrible. I use them 8 hours a day fyi.

So I got these headphones and loved them. Unfortunately, they stopped charging after two weeks. I got a brand new pair, at no extra cost, and I'm now in the exact same position. Save your money.

    Uncomfortable and poor sound quality

I bought these headphones expecting the quality that Jabra always states. However, I was unimpressed. There was a lack of quality in sound. I could get better quality out of a $15 pair of headphones when compared with these things. Quality in regards to make of the actual earphone is poor as well. Within minutes my ears were irritated. This irritation lasted for about an hour after taking them off. I will give the voice assistance a nod. It was clear and efficient but not worth the price of uncomfortableness. Overall, I would tell anyone thinking about buying these earphones to stay clear and purchase something else.

Bad firmware. His it’s own mind

They pause randomly every 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Will hang up on important business calls. Also skips songs or podcast, causing them to start over. Customer support wants you to jump through hoops to correct the issue, even after update and firmware reset. Just don’t buy this head set.

Cuts off call, music, podcast on phone with slight head movement. Can not use, so waste of money. Throwing away and looking for better product.

    Disappointed at the end

I bought an expensive headset hoping it would work better. Lots of issues and the slightest Breeze gets picked up despite sound cancellation. Don't buy
