The sound quality was great. I contacted Jabra and they replaced it with an upgraded 65e for free. I liked the 45e more.

Have had them for less than 2mos and am already experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues (unprompted disconnecting/re-connecting); issues w/sound playing/pausing itself; and now a loud, clipping in the left earbud. These issues started about a month in. After reading reviews elsewhere, I see that these headphones have a short lifespan. Disappointing. The sound quality and call quality are great, but it's pretty much void if you can't keep them connected. Would not repurchase.
