Setup took time but was very straight forward. Picture and sound are great. Sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. She deserves high praise. Very happy with my purchase.

Also microphone is meant to be noise isolating to allow good quality phone calls- they are not. Sometimes the mic totally cuts off with the other side not hearing anything. Also the battery runs out with no warning. You are in the middle of a call and it just goes off. Most Cheaper earphones have sound warning telling you battery is low. Very disappointed.

Instead of the cords dropping down from you ears discretely, they protruded forward of your face. It wouldn't be so bad if it were only slightly, but these were nearly directly in front of my mouth and clearly in my field of view at all times. The part that goes around your neck is slightly firm which limits the adjustment and placement. Despite liking all the features and the form factor, the product was unwearable in my opinion. I actually prefer this form factor (around neck) over true wireless because of the ability to simply pull the ear piece out and not worry about cases or holding onto the ear pieces. I can't speak to the quality of sound or features simply because the fitment was so bad there was no need to go any further with the product setup.

I bought a headphone from wish for $1 and i can compare its quality to this thing. Jabra failed to deliver here. After 7 months, this thing started cutting my calls and making calls that i did no authorize. Please get something different.

Not loud enough on music or videos, on calls disconnecting all the times, static on the left side and battery dying too quick.

To hang up, just place the two ear buds together.
