These are one of the worst headphones that I have ever purchased. Had to return every purchase, because they would always have a short in the wiring.

Great music. If you don't workout, then they will last; however, for intense water-pouring work outs, its not worth your dime. Not sweat resistant; basically uselless for a gym rat.

They won’t stay around my neck. I was in college and needed something more stable and they were good enough for activity

They're OK but I did return them they're overpriced and I got a pair of jaybirds that were cheaper and better quality and they even sound better

Earpieces are not retractable. The winged tips catches on everything. Callers had a difficult time hearing me. Got a lot of hang ups because they could not hear me.

Item didn’t work purchase warranty and replace but Best Buy wouldn’t give me new item for price I paid so it cost me more to have exact same item replacement

I bought this and have a few weeks had constant static in the ears, got new ones, same problem. Changed them for ones of a different brand.

I have several pairs of wireless Bluetooth earbuds but hate the ones that have the over the ear hook (to nerdy) and the ones that don't have any kind of thing that keeps the earbuds in your ear (falls out). These Jabra - Elite 45e Wireless In-Ear Headphones have a little flexible wing that rest inside your ear and holds them very securely in your ears. the actual earbuds also fit perfectly and block out all sound around you. When I first tried them with music volume at about 1/2, I could not hear my son who was about 10 feet behind me trying to get my attention. They also come with different size ear fittings to get the perfect fit. The sound quality is awesome. music booms through the earbuds with good bass. Setting the volume at about 1/2 was plenty loud even if you were in a noisy area. The google assistant button was very cool. I just pushed it once and asked for location of closest restaurants and the google assistant came back telling me of restaurants in the area. the sound quality of phone calls was very good too. I tried first just calling my landline and that was very clear so I tried calling my sister in another state. Again the quality and clarity was just as good as calling my landline from inside my house. Definitely worth the money.

Sound quality suck. They are wireless but you can't be no more than 2 feet from your phone before they disconnect or they are out of range ,

Stopped working after 4 days! What the heck. Doesn’t charge or turn on anymore.

I purchased the Jabra 45e in hopes of finding a good all around set that would work well on my commute (music and podcasts), and on daily web and conference calls, often in moderately noisy environments. I tried them with an iPhone 7 and a couple of MacBooks. I also tried the Jabra 65e and 65t, Apple AirPods, the Bose Soundsport Wireless and the BeatsX. but in the end this pair met my needs the best. The Good: - Nice rich basey sound for music - Very good passive noise isolation due to earbud fit, which is helpful on the train. Fit is also comfortable for extended periods. - Helpful voice and tone assistance - Good companion app for changing equalizer signature and various other settings. Also includes pink noise and ocean wave tracks. - When not in use, earbuds click together with magnets and auto power down, making it easy to keep them in reach for next use - Lightweight and easy to wear around my neck all day - Multiple functions available from easy-to-reach easy-to-use buttons including Siri, volume up/down, next/back track, mute (key for business calls), answer/end, etc. - Mic works very well in quiet call environments and good in moderately noisy, although sometimes requires manually moving it closer to my mouth. (This was the area where most of the headsets had trouble and nearly all were worse.) - No bluetooth dropouts even on NYC streets - Good quality build - Price (at $79.99 on sale, it was the actually the least expensive set I tried) The Could be Better: - Ideally no need to manually hold mic closer to mouth on calls in noisier environments. (My Logitech H800 works better in this case, likely because the boom mic can be positioned close to mouth.) - Bose Soundsport wireless sound and comfort was a bit better, but other drawbacks kept them from coming out on top. (The closest contender was actually the AirPods.) Note also that Best Buy carries these in 2 highlight colors - the standard Titanium Black and an exclusive Bronze. I didn't realize until later and ended up exchanging for the Titanium. It's hard to tell on the package - you have to look closely at the picture or the part number on the bottom.

It worked great, features are great, battery stated draing out in 30 minuets to 0 % after full charge

The sound is very decent from these headphones, comfort level is negligible. Once you find the right tips to fit then it can be dealt with. The built in voice assistance is a nice addition, but I found myself not really using it all that much, its a novelty when you first get them. Battery life is very good, but 2hrs to a full charge is a bit much. Overall I like the
