||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these March of 2018 and they worked as expected for several months. These were $169... not cheap headphones. I’ve had a few occasions that required to me contact customer support. The first went smoothly where I had lost the left earbud and they sold me a replacement for $50. This was resolved in a week. In November 2018 I had a second when the earbuds took an automatic update and the right (master) earbud completely lost the ability to produce sound. You can tell it connects but won’t actually work. I went through several troubleshooting steps with the support team and was told it needed to be replaced. I was sent to the warranty department and as they were only 8 months old they are under warranty. So after providing original receipt, several pictures of the headphones, etc. (several hoops that is do understand) I was approved for warranty replacement on November 20, 2018. Today is January 27, 2019. I’ve called and emailed repeatedly for updates.... I have yet to receive a replacement. High and dry for a little only three months at this point. In summary, this company large enough to manufacture products and sell them in major retail chains has been unable to find a right earbud or a replacement pair in a little over 3 months! I can’t recommmend to anyone that they purchase this or any product from Jabra because in my experience they will work until the manufacture decides to kill them via an update forcing you into purchasing a new pair.

Average Headphones

They produce good sound quality and have a nice interface app with a phone. I’d recommend for normal listening around the house. They don’t fit the ear as well as others and are not good for any athletic activity.

These earbuds by far are my favorite in regards to using them for phone calls. All functions on 1 earbud! It will even read you your text messages. As far as quality when listening to music or watching a movie.... they are ok. But I had bought them mainly for phone calls anyway. Unfortunately I did return them because they hurt my ears.

Awesome earbuds
