I think my ears are pretty average too.

As many reviewers have mentioned, they are finicky with how you charge them. Put the left one in the charger first really does work! Helped reduce the glitches. We moved up to the 75t this year.

I found the calls and music to be loud and crisp. I ended up returning them because the person on other end could hear all the background noise behind me making it difficult to hear me talk.

We are sorry to learn that you ended up returning the Elite 65t. To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Great Sound but pain to handle

But when handling the case and earpods it is more like juggling. When you open the case the earpods have a tendency to fall out as the way they sit on top, there. Is nothing to keep them from rolling out.

They fit wayyyy better than the Samsung buds that I have. I would give it 5 Stars if I could use either earbud separately. You can only wear the right side on its own without the left one.

Posted .Hello WGF3- Thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 65t. We are so happy to read that you are enjoying the fit. The Left Earbud of the Elite 65t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you are not using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it does not have a Bluetooth connection with the phone).
