Good airpods alternative but has some grave issues

They look better than most of their counterparts as well. Negatives are mainly the loss of connectivity, poor charging case which doesn't disconnect the earbuds from the bluetooth and left earbud never connecting after the initial few days(need to manually connect). Yes, I know I can contact the customer service, which is another negative as it's been a month since I have contacted them and yet to receive a charging case from them. Bottomline: If you find them deeply discounted or if you think you are lucky enough to find ones without issues go ahead with them.

I’ve tried all the different sizes that came in the box, but no luck. Wish they’d stay in. Almost lost one in a storm drain when it fell out while just walking.
