||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all I researched this purchase because I’m looking for a good quiet call quality for the person on the other end of the call when I’m outside in a windy environment or a busy street. Jabra notes in its advertising that call quality is great and this device has noise cancelling hardware but the calls I’ve made the callers complained of heavy noise. These will be going back because I bought them to replace my wireless headset I used for call while at work that did reduce outside noise for the other person in the call. Other than that you can read the other reviews and see they are great for music. They fit really snug also and won’t fall out of your ear. Great design but missing reduced background noise cancellation during calls. If you aren’t concerned with calls than you should be fine with these.

She did tell me that the Bluetooth connection will sometimes cut out depending on where she has her phone. She uses them mostly for listening to music in the house or to watch Netflix.

One of the earbuds has fallen out so she may need to experiment with the different size ear pieces, so stay tuned for a lengthier review.

Additionally sense when they fall out of ear and pause music . Hard to tell if they are turned off. Only downfall that I have noticed.

You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. I have had them for a few weeks now. They were fitting well but then they started falling out on a regular basis. I have switched the fittings but still getting them pop out. The connection is good but at times it drops. They are the best I have found so far but I am not overly excited about them. The left ear buttons are not very easy to use. It seems like I have to push hard to use them. I also don't like that the volume is only on the left ear. Many times I have the Main one in my right ear for phone calls and can't adjust the volume. I'm not sure if there are better ones out there yet but they are the best I have seen so far even with these cons I have mentioned.

My pair had a persistent crackling when listening to podcasts which caused me to return them.
