The adjustable active noise cancellation makes for as quiet or "noisy" environment that you want from a background perspective. The wind suppression is pretty impressive as well. Aside from having great sound, and lots of nice features, like they pause the music if you take one (or both) buds out of your ears... on-ear controls for pause, play, vol up/down, skip forward/back. And I easily got 5 to 6 hours of use on a charge..

Not super comfortable and finicky

I used the plug-in headsets most of the time, but when I am using the Jabra, I unplug the plug-in. I find the Jabra very difficult to turn on, and have it recognize by Windows 10 Prof. You have to mickey mouse around with Windows setup to recognize the microphone. Once all this is done, then it works fine. I have to go through these steps every time I want to use it though. It's not that comfortable to wear. You have to get used to it. I don't have any experience with other headsets, but I would not recommend this set for Windows user.

The sound quality is fine. I mostly use them for conference calls. They don't hurt, which is a good thing. But I could never use them for running around because they fall out very easily. That's the most frustrating thing about them. And then I find that the app is a pain to use. It's not user friendly at all and I'm often struggling to figure out how to change settings. Unfortunately I don't have other wireless earbuds to compare them to so I can't say they are better or worse than others. But I'm not impressed.

A remedy that works for me is buying the foam eartips as a replacement for the stock ones. If these buds would have came with them, I would have ranked them 5 stars.

AirPod wasn’t able to do it, so I went ahead and got this. I use it mainly for conference calls, as my job requires me to be on the phone 5 hours a day, if not more. I wanted a good Bluetooth that has good microphones, so when I’m out, and on the phone, the other side can still hear me well. So far for minor noises this headphone works. However, it doesn’t work when you are at Starbucks and Panera, as the microphone picks up the surrounding sounds and the other side can’t hear me well. Maybe it’s a setting thing, but I might end up returning it and just wait for AirPod2.
