They have had either stop putting out sound or I have had them snagged and the headset has broken. With these being wireless they are portable and easy to use.

Lose Sound Overtime

Not sure what’s the workaround to this issue; I’ve tried fully charging them and just about every normal thing between increasing volume on my phone and the headphones and the sound is just not the same. Sadly the sound quality was never to be great to begin with.

We have a video that shows how to get the best fitting since the 3 sets of included ear gels and the "twist" can take some experimentation. Thank you.
