Lose Sound Overtime

Not sure what’s the workaround to this issue; I’ve tried fully charging them and just about every normal thing between increasing volume on my phone and the headphones and the sound is just not the same. Sadly the sound quality was never to be great to begin with.

The sound on these is good and I like that the app has a built in equalizer, but I ended up returning them and getting a pair of Bose earbuds that fit much more comfortably, the Bose earbuds have soft rubbery plastic for every part that touches your ears that make them much more comfortable.

We have a video that shows how to get the best fitting since the 3 sets of included ear gels and the "twist" can take some experimentation. Thank you.
