Hurt his ears, hard to set up

He was super excited for this purchase, as he had read all the reviews. Unfortunately they hurt his ears and they were hard to set up. The left one would work, but not the right one. It took multiple times to try and get these connected correctly to his iPhone. The sound quality was good after getting them to finally work. But after some frustrations, we returned them and got the air pods, which he loves and are super simple
