I use one pair for my phone and music. The other two are for work with our walkie talkies and a Bluetooth adapter. The only downside is they need a bit more of background noise reduction. If I speak in a area with multiple conversations, My guys complain that they can't hear me over all the other talking.

This is certainly something that may not be the case for others with larger ears, but they did not work for me. Thankfully, the 75t went on sale and I decided to go with those. The 75t's work perfectly for my ears. Considering the price of the 65t's, however, they are a great buy if you can get them on sale.

I did ask how he liked them and he said he liked them just fine. Pretty sure that means they worked for what they were supposed to.

Very disappointing

I didn't think much of it and just thought it was a one-off incident. Eventually the volume on the left decreased to 50% whereas the right was 100%. Now, the right side has decreased to 20% and the left is on 50% if I'm lucky. I use these to run almost daily, if not alternate days. I've tested the charge and tried all sizes of earbuds, nothing has worked. The Jabra Sound app says battery is on 100% so I have no idea what's wrong. I can barely hear any music on either sides now - I honestly thought something was wrong with my ears. As a runner with a strict routine, it's very disappointing to suddenly have no earphones to run with especially since the reviews were so great on these and they aren't exactly inexpensive.
