Unfortunately, they don't have the best sound quality, and you have to constantly manually adjust the treble and bass depending on the genre you're listening to and even then the quality does not improve. The fit, although nice and snug, caused some pain in the right ear even after switching to the small plastic buds. If they manage to address these issues in future models I would give them one more try.

They were ok as far as sound and quality but they kept falling out of my ear. I changed the little plastic bud from small to medium, even tried the large but they would still fall out. I would be walking or even just sitting and they would pop out on the ground. I figured they would get lost or damaged so I just returned them to the store.

I’ve purchased earbuds before but not totally wireless. Was skeptical of the fit and comfort but am really surprised of the fit, comfort, and the amazing sound. I’d also never heard of the brand either. Great buy.

Realized that this is not for all ears and likings and ended up returning. Pros: 1. Stylish, good size and not too bulky. One of the reasons why I bought this over Bose - SoundSport 2. Ease of use (might take a few attempts in the beginning to get used to the fitting) 3. Good connectivity 4. Good audio for low bass listeners 5. HearThrough technology is innovative and works great during phone calls (haven’t noticed much for music) Cons: 1. As another reviewer pointed out, my first concern is the ‘under water’ feeling that you get since the pods sit deep inside the ear and not letting air flow in/out. This is something I was very surprised not many reviewers pointed out, I assume its not an issue for most of them 2. To me, the sound quality (for music) is par below my 10 year old Bose (wired) earbuds. I compared a few times and with different equalizer settings to confirm my opinion. Not really sure if this is a good comparison, but personally, it’s a deal breaker for me 3. Noise cancelling is very poor for phone calls, the caller was able to listen to other voices around me including minor noises that are usually not caught through my Plantronics M95 I was so looking forward to buying a Wireless Bluetooth earbuds, but this turned out to be a disappointment and felt bad returning. I guess I need to wait for the next generation of these.
