First set was totally dead on arrival but returned without difficulty. I printed instructions on line but little instructions folder which comes with these is useless and shameful.

I was constantly adjusting them and pushing them into my ear to get quality sound. I tried all 3 gel tips provided and none of them would keep the earbuds seated snugly in my ear. While talking on calls, they would wiggle out of my ear and fall out. I sold them to a buddy who wanted to give them a try. Maybe it's just my ears... but they weren't a fit for me.

They are really only good for listening to music, etc. and worthless for phone calls. There isn't any noise cancelation so while on a call the other person can hardly hear you. That was my whole point in buying them. Truly disappointed!

To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. We appreciate your review, and we will most certainly share this information internally.

Unfortunately, they were way too bulky and too large for a comfortable fit. They actually hurt my ears around the outer rim after about 5 minutes. Maybe these are more designed for the male population. Also, since I have nails, the controls were frustrating to get the results I was try to obtain. I had to return them.

Great quality and sound

I like the Bose better just because after sitting in your ear a few hours these tend to get a little irritating. But definitely good sound quality. These have a lot of great features. At first the sound was just good, but after adjusting the equalizer it sounded great.

My wife, son and I all have the same pair and all are extremely happy the way they sync and set up with our iPhones. These headphones have a lot of great features that you can access they their app! This pair fit was a bit large for my ear canal and with no way to secure them they kept falling out. Also discovered you cannot use the left independently without the right headphone. When running i like to kept one ear open to be aware of my surroundings. One of the main reason for purchase was exercise wireless and general use for making phones calls.
