Posted .Hello Steve. We are happy that you like the sound of the Jabra Elite 65t but sad to read that you had issues with the correct fit. The Elite 65t comes with 3 different sized eargels and we recommend taking the time to try all the different sizes until you find the right fit for your ears. That might well be using 2 different sizes for your ears because not one ear is like the other. Jabra developed a video tutorial on how to obtain the correct fit. Awesome Tech in a tiny size

They fit nicely, the case was great, the features seemed too good to be true... but buyer beware, if audio quality is a must for you, these don’t quite fit the bill. The features, battery, and design are superb. Just had a sadly hollow, distant sound.
