Sound quality was terrible compared to an $80 pair of Sony’s that I have. I would just stick with the Powerbeats for that cost

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not sure whether to rate Jabra low or my Amazon Kindle Fire low or both, but the fact that I bought these Bluetooth headphones for a 22hr flight to Bangkok only to discover mid-flight that they are not connectable via Bluetooth to my Kindle Fire had me fuming for all 22hrs without music or movies to watch. Bluetooth is supposed to connect to Bluetooth enabled devices I was told, but apparently not. I’m not sure how well these sound and function otherwise so my rating is based strictly upon the inability to connect to all Bluetooth devices. Extra star given for looks/perceived build quality.

If this is Jabra's philosophy, then why do they set a set of $170 earbuds with only three sets of cheap silicon ear tips. No foam, just small, medium, and large thin silicon ear tips. None came close to sealing; medium too small to seal and the large folded over on itself. Since I couldn't get a decent seal, I can't comment on anything else. C'mon Jabra, you've got to do better for this kind of money. They're going right back to Best Buy.

Unfortunately, though, these kept falling out of my ear and I found that pausing it / turning it off by pressing the earphone actually hurt because it pushed it into my ears.

We recommend that you try all of the provided ear gels to see if you can get a better seal in your ears with a different ear gel combination. No two ears are exactly alike, so you may need to mix and match sizes between your ears. You will also need to twist the earbuds into your ears to help create the seal.
