She liked them but they kept falling out of her ear. Tried all the different tip sizes but did not work. To be fair, she says a lot of headphones fall out of her ear.

Would not seal in ear canal.

She went through all the included ear things also. Just could not get it to seal in ear without holding it with hand.

As I did not tried them at store to check it out, I had to return them because my ear are small I can’t get them in comfortably. Pain started in my ears.

Slow fade over time then one day will work normal again then will fade out again.
