Sound quality is great and customizable with the Sound+ app and the equalizer contained within...pairing is quick and easy and the batteries last a long time. With the included charging case you can go about 15 hours of use, 5 hours on a single charge, to recharge just place them back in the case and recharge them. SM, MED and LG ear tips are included for the most comfortable fit possible. When in the ear they feel very secure and don’t fall out even under the most vigorous of activities. Phone calls sound great and the folks on the other end of your phone calls hear you loud and clear with the microphone array in each earbud. I can’t say enough about these headphones...if I could give them six stars I would...and I have never thought that about any product... get them, you won’t regret it.
