They sent me a broken pair

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sometimes they work sometimes they don't, i didn't notice that it wasn't my fault it didn't hold a charge sometimes until just now. From the get-go it would sometimes not hold a charge. I'd chalk it up to me forgetting to charge it at some point. until i plugged the case in to charge and it showed it was already near full, despite the ear buds having been dead for a whole day now. It's just the right ear bud according to the lights described in the manual. The light on the inside shows green, indicating that the ear buds are fully charged. until you close and reopen it then it turns either yellow or red because the right ear bud doesn't actually have any charge... the light on the outside spent a curious couple of minutes turning from green to yellow and back to green. I'd love my money back for receiving a 50:50 adequate/useless product, but apparently my return window has expired. i'll be contacting the manufacturer.
