One of your wonderful salesmen, Michael Hagen, set me up with these earbuds. These are the best ever! I really appreciated Mr. Hagen’s professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. He really listened to me and got me the best product within my price range. I just happened to be in Bellingham and stopped at Best Buy before heading back to Seattle and I'm so glad I did!. The next time I need electronics, I will make a special trip to Best Buy in Bellingham so that I can work with Michael, again. He's a great guy! And, I love my new earbuds!

These earbuds have great sound quality. They are easy to connect to your device. They switch between devices easily as well. I wish the range was a little longer. If I set my phone down and walk away, I can’t get very far before the sound breaks up and/or disconnects completely.

The ear buds are pretty comfortable and have some great features! One of my favorite features is that you can turn on "Hear Through" where they use the microphones to deliver sounds from around you straight to your ear. The free Sound+ app can adjust the level of Hear Through as well, so this might be something people that are hard of hearing might want to check out, too! I've been using these every day for a couple of weeks, and I have a piece of advice for the new Elite65t owner: Don't turn them off, and always put in the left ear first. You don't need to turn them off because you can put them in their charging case. They know that they're not in your ear, and go into standby mode. When you put them back into your ears, they'll turn back on, reconnect to your device(s) (yes, they're multi device capable!) and you're ready to go. I'm giving them 4 stars because sometimes the left ear bud can lose its connection, and the only way to get it back is to put them both in the case for a few seconds, take them out and put them in, always left ear first. If they were to fix that quirk, it would be 5 stars!

The Jabra Elite 65t is one of the best true wireless in-ear headphones I've been able to try. Excellent fit, not overly heavy, don't fall out of your ear when working out, and great sound. The Elites come with a small rectangular charging case with nice rounded edges. I found the case difficult to open since there is a tab that locks the lid into the case. This sometimes led to awkward prying & then the headphones popping out once I managed to open the case. Would have liked a release button or maybe a magnetic lid closure. The case also uses a micro USB charging cable (which it comes with a very short cord for), but would like to see that move toward a USB 3.0 cord since that is where most USB devices will be going soon. As soon as the headphones are removed from the case, they automatically power up & pair with the previously-paired device, which I liked, saving an extra step of having to power up the headphones before putting them in my ear. Sound is crisp, and bass response is quite good so long as you have the right-sized ear piece. They do a good job (again, with the right ear piece) of blocking out ambient noise but are not noise-cancelling. Ambient noise allowance can be controlled using the app. I did have occasional issues with the left ear phone dropping out (right is primary, left is paired to right). At one point the left was dropping out about every 3 seconds. I removed them, powered them both down, powered back up and that appeared to fix the issues completely. The phone app allows you to control other aspects of the headphones, including "auto pause", a feature where if you remove 1 ear phone it automatically pauses your music. I found this helpful at the office when someone came in to talk, I was able to stop the music without going into the music app. This is on by default with the headphones, so if you don't want to use the feature you must control it via the app. You can also control "HearThrough", where you can mix the amount of headphone sound with ambient noise, for example when you're running or biking & you want to hear some of your surroundings. This doesn't turn on automatically based on sensing your activity like other manufacturers' headphones do, but is available to set via the app. The app also controls aspects of your phone call, including how much of your own voice you want to hear fed back into the earphones when on a call and readback of the caller's name via caller ID if they're programmed in your phone (the app will ask for permission to your phonebook/contacts when installing). You can't beat the headphones for the price. It's a great pair of headphones with excellent sound you'll be pleased with.

The Elite 65t sounds great, and I love the pass-through noise option in the smartphone app. However, I had to RMA them because the left earbud stopped working almost immediately. I would try a few things listed online, and it would work again for a while. Finally, I couldn't get it to work anymore. I contacted Jabra support and tried all the ways to fix this issue, but none worked, hence the RMA. The left earbud not working is a common issue and there are a few ways to fix it, but ultimately none lasted in my case. I haven't received new ones yet, so I can't say if it will work or not with newer ones. It would have been 5 stars if this issued didn't occur.

I SO wanted these to be the answer to the perfect headset...but they just are not. I have the original Jabra Elite and the Elite Sport and really really like those for working out and comfort but they always pick up way too much background noise on phone calls and so they are not a reliable option. When I saw the 65t release and the marketing videos I thought that finally I have found the perfect combination...but the call quality is awful and the fit is just ok. I made three calls and each time the person on the other line said it sounded awful. Unfortunately I have no choice but to return them and go back to the Elite sport for working out and the Sennheiser Presence for phone calls. I was so hoping these were it...but not quite yet.

Completely satisfied for the most part, however, both earphones have to be in in order to hear sound, which is a pain in the butt because sometimes I want one ear to open so I can hear what's going on around me. Other than that, they're great...

The ear buds are hard to get set in the ear. Takes a bit to do. They should have more choices with gel caps for a better fit. I can still hear outside noise even in the mode that says no outside noise setting. I have a pair of Bose ear buds and the noise cancelling from outside is awesome. So is the fit plus they have several choices for gel caps for ear canal fit. The sound is full and wonderful unlike Jabra which is just okay. (My BeatsX are better! ) I just don't like how big the Bose are sticking out of my ears. So I will keep these for now. The price is cheaper than Bose. Just wish that Bose would get onboard with making their ear buds smaller. They have the tech. Jabra does connect to my devices once paired every time. I have an android phone, mini ipad and touch ipod. It works well with all. The battery life is good for my purposes. Love the small recharge case. Very convenient.

I bought these to replace my Jaybird X4 at the gym. They sound wonderous and have great features like passthrough which amplifies the sound around you so you may have headphones in and still talk to others, but their fit is difficult to find and fall out frequently on me.

Good sound when listening to music and no problems talking on the phone. I like the feature that can let you fade background noise. I notice one problem. If you don't have them placed in your ear properly, the seem to muffle when you move your head around. Other than that, great buds.
