Other wireless earbuds, people on the other end would complain they had a hard time hearing me. I would also find myself asking people to repeat themselves. I have had no complaints thus far, and I've had these for about a month. Also music on any device I use is clear and gives a true sound. Thank you Jabra... These are amazing!

My son had wanted some generic brand black iPods he saw online for his Christmas gift. I had some reservations about it and the more research I did felt it was a bad idea particularly with Christmas fast approaching. I came across these when looking at what was available at Best Buy. Did lots of research on them and let him do some of his own. He decided he wanted these instead and he has been very happy with them. The hear-thru feature on them is great. The integrated voice assistant is an excellent feature as well. Based on the feedback and satisfaction my son had with his pair I used an Amazon gift card I got to get a pair of the Actives (refurbished) as well. They are excellent just as he had said and I use them all the time to run, to take phone calls, and for listening to music while at the office. They look so much better than the iPods which resemble headphones that somebody cut the wires off. Really don't like the look of those. Now I have enjoyed my pair as well as my son and there was recently another deal that came up on Newegg so I bought a refurbished pair of the Active model for my wife and both my parents. I agree with my son that these are the best headphones we have had, at least for the purposes we use them for. I still have a nice pair of over-the-ear Sennheiser headphones for longer periods of time when sitting and working in my home office. I highly recommend the Jabra Elite line!

Love the sound quality. It is even better that they stay in when I work out.

With my phone on my belt and walking outside, they rarely and briefly lose their connection. Never inside though. Sound isolation is EXCELLENT, but I wish they could go louder.

The quality is great for the price point. The app likes to search for your earbuds randomly even if you don't have them with you. Drains phone battery a little. Other than that I really enjoy using the these earbuds.

Tried many earbuds ,these had a good sound and ease of use but like with all the earbuds I tried, for me fit is critical to getting the best sound and I gust could get these to make a snug fit.

Best Bluetooth earbuds I have used. Strongly suggest. Reliable connectivity every time! Great sound.

Great sound, comfortable, easy to set up. Why would you pay more?

I got these for an extra $20 bundled with a Chromebook Duet and they are a great deal! Sure they are older (Jabra's 75t is the newest version), but they still sound great overall, are easy to pair, and don't have perceptible latency when watching Netflix. At full price, I would go for a newer version or another reputable brand, but at a deep discount, it's hard to beat these.

These are OK headphones for me, they have pretty nice features that let you connect them to multiple devices at once but the sound quality is not perfect. I prefer more bass as Bose delivers. Anyway, will keep these as a spare pair.

I actually like this thing in terms of quality and it's easy to use app. But here are some dings: 1. I'm not a fan of the case since it still uses micro USB. 2. When lifting, you might be grinding your teeth a bit-- so this might fall out. (but i see this happening to most other earbuds) 3. You have to press the ear button to pause a song. Sounds intuitive right? But it's a bit uncomfortable since this is already jamming inside your ear. So pushing the button will push it even further in. Sometimes it's uncomfortable. 4. The case doesn't really have a magnet so it's a bit harder to put it in. 5. These resume playing as long as they're near each other. Example, you take both out and put it in your pocket. It will continue playing. So there's no way that it detects your ears. 6. Kinda pricey.
