I didn't want something always hanging around my neck & that I could keep in a pocket until I needed them. These work perfectly. The sound quality is great listening to music & making/taking calls. Would absolutely recommend!!

Maybe a year in one side started to get a shortage. And volume became very low. Overall it's great head phones. Fits in my ear just fine

Con -Audio quality was mediocre. Seeing all the 5 star reviews I'm confused, my $10 wired Panasonic earbuds I use at work produce a very noticeable better sound than these even after tweaking with the EQ. Maybe I got a defective set. I will be returning these earbuds.

It does sound like you might have a faulty unit. You should definitely be having rich audio quality for calls and music.

They are more discrete than other products. Sound quality is good, or kinda OK, depending on the kind of headphones you are used to. If you are used to the sound of $200+ headphones, or " " audiophile" " gear, the quality is inferior if you do an A/B test. Everyday I don't think this is an issue. Compared to B&W PX for example, these do not sound better. These sound inferior to the competing Sony sony wf-1000xm3 also. Soundstage is also narrower. But the fit is great, if you are looking for that.

Has many features like noise filtering so you can choose to hear outside noise while using or canceling all noise except your music and conversation. I am so use to using one earbud for bluetooth and you can use that option instead of both at same time. Charger and battery life is great as well and you have an app to control settings etc.
