They are comfortable and don't fall out. The right ear bud must be in for the left one to work, but you can do right only. Since then my partner has gotten himself the upgraded version (85t). These are great products!

They fit well in my ears, and come with extra ends if you need to adjust to a different ear size. The companion app on the phone allows for sound adjustment. Battery life is good too. I get about 3 1/2-4 hours per use, then put them in the charging case to replenish and go again.

Easy to use between two devices. Keeping earbuds in during exercising (bike riding) a little tricky, but once identified the right ear tips they stayed fine with very little adjustment during a three hour ride.

First setup connection was too easy to be done. Sound quality for songs is good but I would rate it average for the price. It is definitely missing the wow factor. Apart from all these, none of the ear bud tips were fitting right and my ear cartilage started paining for even more than 10 mins of usage. Sometimes I hear echo of my voice while talking. In-ear design can be done better!!

We regret, however, that you are unable to find a perfect fit with your right earbud. That is certainly now what we expect. Since we know that everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too snug. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. A perfect fit is is essential as in a true wireless earbud, the microphone is located very close to the speaker.
