I experience occasional issues pairing the left earbud, but nothing that cannot be resolved by holding the button on the bud down for 10 seconds. Battery life is great, the charging case is great, and I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

These are great. It's been over a year now and its is still going strong. My son uses these daily. He loves them.

These looked promising, and the charging case is great. The sound is very good, although I wish the required app was better. I just could not get these to fit comfortably. I tried the medium and small sizes, and both were uncomfortable for anything more than a few minutes. The large size was too big. I gave them to my daughter.

Small complaint, wont hook to Windows 10 device without buying some sort of software adapter, about $70, last time I looked. If a headset for team, zoom google or other meetings is important, might want to look elsewhere.

I have researched the issue, tried everything recommended, but they just won't. That said, they do hookup to my laptop & the sound quality is really good. I also had to use ear cushions from another headset because none of the sizes they provided were small enough, but that's no biggie. Overall, I really like the look of them and the quality.

I mean while these have the great app the beats pro or just unbeatable in my opinion with quality and reliability and also stability in your ears is a big factor for me.
